Jack takes your calls on the American soldier charged with the rape and murder of a 15-year-old Iraqi girl and her entire family. He will be tried in an American courtroom but should he? Wouldn't it be better if he were turned over to the Iraqi government to stand trial in their courts? If we are arguing , and we are, the Iraqi courts of fair as they apply to Saddam, shouldn't they apply here? We have turned over other soldiers in South Korea and Okinawa. Why not Iraq?

Convicted sex offender Alfonso Rodriguez will start his Federal trial on Thursday and may face the dealth penalty. Rodriguez is a level III sex offender and this is one ofthe reasons he was originally brought to the attention of authorities. What should happen to this man if he is convicted?

Is the penny obsolete? Should we do away with it? If it costs 1.2 cents to make and nobody is willing to take it and it costs money to cash them in at the bank, why are we wasting money?
