Jack's Blog & Media Appearances

The Jack Rice Show, Wednesday, August 16, 2006.

Jack discusses the arrest of Vikings' receiver Koren Robinson. While he is facing criminal charges, the more serious concern for Mr. Robinson is the Code of Conduct clause in his contract. As a result, he may very well be out of a job, and a lot of money. Do we care about the quality of the people who play the game or do we just want to see them win?

The emergency tapes from 9/11 were released today, more than 1600 of them. Is there a benefit to the release of these tapes or should they be kept from the public? Are there lessons to teach or just morbid curiosity? Jack opens up the phones.

Finally, David Horowitz discussed his new book, The Shadow Party. Does George Soros and Hillary Clinton have a secret cabal in store for the nation? Are they trying to take over the world, or at least the country? Media Matters says David Horowitz' book is full of errors and disregards it. Others say it is necessary reading. You decide.
