Jack talks about the issues that have been left unaddressed as our nation's legislators have less than 19 days to work before they take off to campign for re-election. What about immigration, Iraq, healthcare. Are any of these issues going to be considered?

Wisconsin is considering the death penalty. The state hasn't put somebody to death in more than 150 years. Minnesota Governor Pawlenty has suggested that Minnesota should have the death penalty as well. Is there a shift of attitueds towards the dealth penalty in our nation? If so, why? Jack takes your calls.
