He is also a former Prosecutor and a former U.S. Central Intelligence Agency Officer. Peter is Of Counsel for Jack Rice Defense. Peter is also the founder of his own law firm, Subzero Criminal Defense. He regularly contributes to Jack Rice Defense. He brings both intelligence and creativity to crafting defenses and figuring out different strategies to advance the interests of the clients of Jack Rice Defense. Peter is also the creator of FalselyAccused.com, a website devoted to reverse engineering wrongful convictions from the past to provide insights for those falsely accused today.

PARALEGAL AND OFFICE MANAGER

Mikki is the Paralegal and Office Manager for Jack Rice Defense. Mikki is an integral part of the team and is passionate about criminal justice and helping to defend clients. She has extensive experience handling complex criminal cases as well as handling client communications, drafting and filing documents with the Court, and trial preparation. She prides herself on being client-driven and understands how overwhelming the judicial process can be. Mikki has an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from the ABA-accredited program at Inver Hills.

LEGAL ASSISTANT AND COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Sulli is the Legal Assistant and Communications Manager for Jack Rice Defense. Growing up around criminal law and working with the Prison Yoga Program to obtain her trauma yoga certification, she has a unique understanding of both mental health management and the criminal justice system. Sulli has also successfully implemented strategic social media initiatives and does meticulous document preparation. Sulli is finishing her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and intends to go to law school and then become a criminal defense attorney.
