Sex Crimes Lawyer Discusses Statutes of Limitations

  • Star Tribune Minneapolis US (map)

Jack was quoted in the Star Tribune today defending the Constitutionally protected rights of his client. The Legislature is moving to restrict laws regarding mandatory reporting driven in part by allegations made against a client. At the same time, Jack’s greatest concern is that his client’s rights are protected and to insure that the process will be fair, will be transparent and that the presumption of innocence means that the State must prove their case rather than simply making claims. Further, Jack discussed position authority and whether the Statute Limitations applies.
