So far, both sides have agreed upon 3 jurors in the Derek Chauvin Jury trial. This actually puts them ahead of schedule. At this rate, they are likely to be able to impanel a jury by the middle of next week, assuming that the Court of Appeals does not shut the trial down. So, as they keep picking jurors and jockeying for position, what are they really trying to accomplish?
