Really excited to be one of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy faculty again this week. Alongside some of the best attorneys in the country, this promises to be quite a program. Every time I teach with these talented people, I swear I learn more than the lawyers taking the trial advocacy class. It makes me better because it forces me to think about everything that I say and how I say it. Also, it helps me organize my thoughts so a witness, the Judge, the jury can follow me and maybe even get there in their heads before I am even finished.

This is going to be amazing.
