Criminal Defense Attorney Jack Rice Talks Warrants and Indictments on KUTV

Watch Jack’s National Appearance. The Feds have indicted Brian Laundrie for credit card fraud. Of course, this case is not about credit card fraud. The FBI is trying to build a case for the murder of Gabby Petito and Laundrie is their number one suspect. With an arrest warrant, this will help authorities as they can simply arrest him once they find him. The Feds will continue building a murder case if they can.

I appear on KUTV in Salt Lake City to talk about Federal indictments, how warrants work and why people are sometimes charged with lesser crimes early on in cases and what may be coming next. An interesting conversation.
