Criminal Defense Attorney Jack Rice Appears on WCCO to Discuss the Kim Potter Murder Trial

As the Ahmaud Arbery trial and the Kyle Rittenhouse cases are starting to fade a little bit, Minnesota is going to be hit by another jury trial, the Kim Potter case. For those who may not recall, Officer Potter shot and killed Daunte Wright while she thought that she was using a taser. Jury selection begins the week of November 30, 2021.

I appear on WCCO Radio with Susie Jones to discuss, professional law enforcement competency, use of force, and heat of passion. This is going to be another brutal criminal trial and will be aired nationally so it will receive even more national interest.
