St. Paul Criminal Defense Attorney on How the Prosecutor Builds their Case - Video
Watch Jack’s Interview on KSTP
It is frequently a very slow and methodical process. That is how a prosecutor, the Government, builds a case, one brick at a time. Their purpose is to show their work and allow the jury to understand not just what they are doing but also why they are doing it.
As a former prosecutor, I remember trying to do this. After decades as a criminal defense attorney, I understand it all too well now. At the same time, understanding this approaches allows a better understanding of weaknesses in that building, the holes or maybe even the lack of foundation and how to make the roof cave in.
I appear on KSTP TV to discuss the Kim Potter Murder trial and what the Government is trying to do when they introduce their witnesses and what the Defense should be doing to undermine them.
